Bali is growing. Not just new airport that becomes one of the busiest and most exclusive airports in Indonesia, but new road ( Bali Highway) in Bali had been build and ready to operate. The Bali Highway toll that is connected Nusa Dua – Ngurah Rai – Benoa is the very first highway in Bali. It is 100% made by Indonesia using local’s materials. Can be said, this is Indonesia’s proud. The highway is also beautiful; it is stretched along about 12.7 km, above the ocean surrounded by the mangrove. In September 23, 2013, President officially opened the highway and gave it a name, Bali Mandara.
Since Bali is popular as tourist’s destination in the world, many people come to visit and experience the island. Many business were open, many hotels were built to support tourists accommodation. Then it caused traffic. But now, having the highway toll in Bali makes a solution even the transportation is getting better, tourism mobility is increase and it could lead us to better tourism industry in the future. Before, it took about one hour through the By Pass Ngurah Rai, now it only takes 15 minutes. So much time we can save. Bali Mandara is really giving comfortable drive for people who travelling a lot. Especially for the international tourists, they might never see the highway as amazing as Bali Mandara.
