Relaxing Holiday in Private Villa Ubud
Last week, my family and I spent our holiday at Villa Padi Menari. A villa with a vast expanse of rice paddies scenery, located in Tegalalang, Gianyar Regency. Approximately, only a few minutes’ drive from Ubud to north, we will pass Kokokan Village and reach this place. From Ngurah Rai International Airport, it is about one and a half hour drive then we will reach this area. An area which is famous for its natural exoticism and its rich cultural charm.
In this occasion, we did not stay overnight in this villa. We just spent the afternoon until dusk enjoying our time. Though only had brief stay, it was a pleasure time for us.
As mentioned on its web description; Villa Padi Menari is indeed designed as an adult’s getaway. It is not designed as a child-safe property because of its open concept and multi-levels. The property has an area of 600 square meters. It is designed on split-level land with a total of three spacious bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 adults. You will feel like being in a very wide place because the expanse of rice fields around looks merging with villa’s garden. The Main House sits on the lower level of the rice terrace and is approximately 250 square meters with an en suite bedroom on each floor, providing privacy and intimacy for individual couples who can come together in the living hall, pool and garden for relaxed, social interaction. There are also various facilities and services including Daily breakfast & housekeeping, Dedicated housemaid, Night security, Kitchen & BBQ facilities, WiFi internet / mobile data line, LCD TV, DVD, iPod Dock, USB & Bluetooth Sound System, satellite TV, Mobile phone with Local number, Air conditioning in every bedrooms, Safety box, AQUA drinking water with dispenser, Tea & coffee, Iron & ironing board and Hairdryer.
Overlooking the banks of the paddy fields, there is a private 4m x 8m plunge pool that will tantalize you to take a dip after a hot day out. You will be tempted to spend your time with your friends and friends. One other thing that is notable for me is the villa’s staff who are very helpful. They accommodated our pool party activities on that afternoon. We ordered pizzas and Indonesian’s famous cuisine ‘Nasi Goreng’ to fill our hungry belly after having fun in the water. In addition, just a few meters from the villa, there is a minimarket where you can get a Cold ‘Bintang’ to perfect your holiday excitement.
